Formal training at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, London (UK) from 1987 to 1990.

However in Trinidad, Brian was already performing in many plays from 1983, including Sons & Mother,
Hatuey,
Queen of the Bands and The Rocky Horror Show.

Recent theatre productions include:

Scorched Earth at The Stratford East Theatre Royal in London (UK) by Che Walker. 

O Starry Starry Night at Lakeside Theatre at Essex University (UK), Samaans Park (Saint Lucia),  Central Bank Auditorium in Port of Spain (Trinidad) about the relationship between the painters Van Gogh and Gauguin, by Nobel laureate Derek Walcott.
The Odyssey at  the 2005 Ortigia Festival in Sycily (Italy) and at the 51th Festival de Teatro Clasico in Merida (Spain) under the direction of Derek Walcott.  
The White Devil at the Brooklyn Academy of Music  (New York, USA) and Sydney Theatre Company for the 2000 Olympic Arts Festival, Australia. Others in Australia: Been So Long, The Caribbean Tempest, Much Ado About Nothing.
